Feeding bowls
Practical feeding bowls: well thought out and beautifully designed. The robust outer shell made of real concrete, available in four elegant colours, securely encloses the actual food bowl made of enamel - probably the most suitable material for food bowls - and cannot be shaken even by boisterous dog snouts. No more dripping and leaking and annoying edges on the floor under the bowl after every dog meal: TOTO remains stable and its slightly raised shape ensures a comfortable posture when eating, even for large dogs. Meanwhile, the practical cork feet prevent scratching of the floor covering. Available in sizes S, L and as a duo bowl.
Food bowl for dogs made of concrete and enamel
Treat your pet to something really fine: our new "TOTO" food bowl - named after our own lively dwarf spitz - combines the typical puristically elegant design of our concrete furniture and accessories with maximum suitability for everyday use in the various "BRILLI" & "DOPPO" versions, which should please dogs and dog owners alike. Style and design for dogs? Is that really necessary, some people will ask themselves. We say: "Yes!" After all, it is not for nothing that it is said that dogs and their humans are sometimes amazingly similar. What beautiful proof of this very special relationship when the furnishings for your four-legged friend are selected with love and harmoniously match your own living environment. As with all our design pieces, the old Bauhaus principle of "form follows function" also applies to our food bowls collection. The dog bowls in the "TOTO" series have a stylish outer shell made of real concrete - available in concrete grey, dark grey, beige or black and in a round and polygonal version ("BRILLI") - and are therefore real eye-catchers in any modern interior. The actual food bowl is made of dog-friendly enamel - a material for food bowls that has been tried and tested for generations, as it is completely non-toxic and 100% natural. This is a crucial aspect for us in product development, because the health of our animals is our top priority. Enamel is also hygienic, easy to clean and durable.
Sturdy and free from harmful substances - concrete and enamel feeding bowls
In contrast to the equally popular stainless steel feeding bowls, steel enamel is generally not reflective - the light reflections on stainless steel surfaces, on the other hand, can irritate the animals, which is perceived as annoying when eating. Plastic bowls, on the other hand, are generally well accepted by animals, but can contain questionable substances or emit microplastic particles that can enter the organism of our pets via their food - especially the "cheap" versions from mass production. Enamel, on the other hand, does not emit any harmful substances, even after many years of use. The only disadvantage of enamel bowls is that they are very light and can be pushed around by some boisterous four-legged friends while they are eating. Not so TOTO: the robust concrete casing, underlaid with non-slip and scratch-proof cork feet, makes our food bowl absolutely stable. The slightly raised design also ensures that even larger dogs do not have to bend down too far to reach the food bowl. A raised food bowl can also be a relief for older dogs with joint problems. The special coating of our enamel bowls - in white or black - is extremely scratch-resistant and absolutely harmless for both humans and animals. To clean the bowl, simply remove it from its concrete shell and wash it by hand or in the dishwasher.
Durable, solid and leak-proof - our dog bowls
Speaking of "cleaning": If your four-legged friend also likes to be a little more robust with the contents of his food bowl or water bowl or is simply unstoppable as soon as he smells his favourite food, then you will certainly be familiar with this phenomenon: the dog food is miraculously spread all over the house, while unsightly marks form under the water bowl because the little savage has once again slurped too impetuously. TOTO" provides a remedy here too. The heavy quality design (over 7 kg for the single bowl and approx. 15 kg for the "DOPPO" duo bowl) ensures a non-slip stand, while the wide rim of the concrete cover catches many a lump that would otherwise have landed directly on the floor. And the annoying water marks on the tiles are finally a thing of the past for the same reason. A soft buffer on the inside of the concrete bowl also prevents the enamel bowl from rattling in its casing. This means that your dog can eat in peace and quiet and also take a more impetuous bite. The bowl remains secure and - a decisive advantage of the heavy weight - stands firmly in its designated place.
Not just for dogs
By the way: The smaller "TOTO" & "BRILLI" versions are of course also suitable for cats. And even if your velvet paw is probably a little more careful with its food than many a dog, it will certainly be just as happy with a high-quality and comfortable cat bowl as your cat is.
