Shipping & Payment

All prices stated on the seller's website include the applicable statutory value added tax. In addition to the prices quoted, the seller charges shipping costs for delivery.

Delivery is made to the countries listed in the table below. The following shipping costs (plus VAT) apply:

If you are interested in our products, we will be happy to make you an individual offer if delivery is not to be made to one of the above countries. Products weighing more than 31.5 kg are delivered to the kerbside by a forwarding agent. The address must therefore be accessible. (Width of the truck: 2.55, length: 12m, height min. 4m)

Upon delivery, the goods must be checked immediately for damage. If damage to the goods is suspected, please sign for receipt of the delivery only “under reserve”.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Payment of the purchase price plus shipping costs shall be made by prepayment, credit card, PayPal or invoice to the account specified by us. Entrepreneurs who are supplied by us must provide their VAT identification number with the order.

IMPORTANT: When purchasing on account, we reserve the right to carry out a credit check for orders over €1000. If the result of the credit check is negative, we reserve the right to change the payment method invoice to prepayment. In this case, you will receive an amended request for payment. Any discounts or rebates are only granted on the value of the goods, but not on shipping and ancillary costs.
